What full packing looks like
A packing crew works room by room, wrapping breakables in paper, filling every box so nothing shifts, and labeling each carton by room and contents. By the time the loading crew arrives, the house is boxed and ready to carry.
Kitchens and closets take the longest because of the number of small, awkward items, so we usually start there when a house is being packed the day before a move.
Materials that survive a hot truck
Grocery store boxes soften fast in a Las Vegas summer and collapse once they are stacked. We use sturdier cartons rated for the load and the heat, plus dish packs for glassware and wardrobe boxes so hanging clothes stay on the hanger.
Fragile items get an extra layer of paper and a clear mark on the outside of the box so the loading crew knows what goes on top and what never gets anything stacked on it.
Partial packing
Most families pack their own books, linens, and closets and hire us just for the kitchen, the garage, or a room full of glass and electronics. Splitting the job this way keeps the bill lower while the pieces most likely to break still get wrapped by someone who does it daily.

Unpacking at the new place
Unpacking means the crew empties boxes into cabinets and closets, sets up beds and tables, and hauls the flattened cardboard away. The kitchen is usable the same day instead of two weeks later.
Anything you would rather unpack yourself, like personal papers or a home office, gets set aside in the room you choose and left alone.
