How labor only jobs work
You rent the truck or the storage pod, pick your dates, and we send a crew to do the lifting. Loading and unloading are priced separately, so you can book one end or both depending on what you need help with.
Most jobs run two to four movers, sized to the amount of furniture and the number of stairs involved. We ask a few questions up front about bedrooms, boxes, and any large or awkward pieces so the crew size matches the job.
Building the load properly
A rental truck loaded badly wastes space and lets things shift on the freeway. Our crews stack heavy furniture on the bottom, wrap and pad everything that touches, and fill gaps with boxes rather than leaving them loose.
That means fewer broken items and often a smaller truck than you expected, since a tight load uses the space that an amateur pack leaves empty.
Working in the heat
A closed truck sitting in a Las Vegas driveway in July gets hotter than the air around it fast. We load electronics and anything heat sensitive last on the way out and take it off first at the other end, so it spends the least time inside.
Early starts are worth asking for between May and September. A crew that begins at seven has the heaviest furniture loaded before the pavement gets too hot to stand on.
What to have ready
Have boxes taped and sealed before the crew arrives, and point out anything fragile or unusually heavy, like a safe or a piano, so it gets the right handling. A clear path from the door to the truck saves everyone time.
If you are unloading into a storage unit, know the unit size ahead of time. We will pack it the same way we pack a truck, tight and organized, so nothing gets crushed by the time you need it back out.
